Does anyone (Rockist Scientist, for example) dig Amal Markus? I saw the Palestinian singing sensation at the Dun Laoighaire Festival Of World Cultures last saturday, performing with an oud player and percussionist. I felt that I was in the presence of Kid Fairuz, which was a good thing.
