'loneliness' : ed harcourt

what a great idea for a song! an anthemic, upbeat fast pop song about
'sitting alone in the cinema, wandering around the house in the dark..' and other un-rock pursuits! how absolutely fantastic!!

this has to come out as a single. who is the resident
ed harcourt fan of the parish? i don't have the foggiest notion
what else he has done or if these kind of songs are common in
his cannon. i know it must be slightly out of the ordinary, as they
were blasting out in manchester's picadilly records
just last week and they don't normally play things so loud"

non-dance single of the year for me (when/if it comes out as one)
