The Magnificent W-O-O-O?

Inspired by Briania's recent addition to the "y'all ready for this" thread (y'all ready for this?) and by my hearing the song on KFOG today -- I have a question about Dave & Ansel Collins' "Double Barrel":

What is "the magnificent W-O-O-O"? A made-up radio station (broadcasting from the foot of Mount Balzoni, no doubt)? One of the brother's nicknames? Just a "WOOO!" shout? I can't figure it out. Thanks --

I always took it to be an imaginary station, from which Dave broadcast his magnificence.

Unrelated: I was surprised when I discovered that Dave & Ansel weren't brothers. Dave's last name is Barker, so the name of the duo should properly be "Dave, and Ansel Collins."

xp - Actually, there are plenty of old JA singles where the version side is credited to simply "Dave".
