102 x 65 mm for the main card (x how many you need)102 x 12 mm for the spine102 x variable (depends on the box) for the tab
Plot these out on Quark/Pagemaker/Pageplus/whatever and then add your contents. Hey presto, one inlay card!

but what i will add is that every single template i've ever tried downloading for CD boxes has been utter, utter bollocks. in the end i made my own. it's still pish, but at least it just about works. i've just about perfected double-sided printing an' all.

This can be hellish. I made a mix cd with a lyric book, and it took loads of time to get it right, but it finally worked.
