Template for Cassette Labels?

I'm sending someone a cassette mix tape and would rather type out the label for it than write out the contents. Can someone direct me to a simple Word template that sets the margins so I can fit everything neatly in the tape window? A misguided Google search proved fruitless. Many thanks in advance!

Yeah, that would be good.

(sorry Joseph if this is e-mail notification enabled, just bumping this back up)

Have you got a DTP programme?

If so then the dimensions are:

102 x 65 mm for the main card (x how many you need)
102 x 12 mm for the spine
102 x variable (depends on the box) for the tab

Plot these out on Quark/Pagemaker/Pageplus/whatever and then add your contents. Hey presto, one inlay card!

Did anyone else read this thread hoping to find an in-depth discussion of how tape labels operate? labels in the 'record label' sense, not the 'sticky label' or 'tray card' sense.

If you download caseliner, you should be able to find the registration info online somewhere.

no. sorry.

but what i will add is that every single template i've ever tried downloading for CD boxes has been utter, utter bollocks. in the end i made my own. it's still pish, but at least it just about works. i've just about perfected double-sided printing an' all.

This can be hellish. I made a mix cd with a lyric book, and it took loads of time to get it right, but it finally worked.
