Yeah, I was going to mention Caroliner, but in the context of some of the records actually containing dried feces on it.

Surely, there are some Pork Queen albums which qualify, too.

My copy of the original Trumans Water "Of Thick Tum" still smells heavily of spray paint, and the inserts contain a) plastic soldiers, b) an old birthday card/love letter to the guitarist from high school, and c) some shedded snake skin
