Imagine if PC's came with Internet Explorer HARDWIRED with no alternative. It's beyond dumb at this point. PLEASE separate organisation/database/transfer & driver-hardware functions from 'mp3 players' in general ok?

They only account for a small share of the market over here in the US, but I understand they're still mega-huge in other parts of the world (specifically Europe).
Either way, I wouldn't trade it for two iPods.
