ATTN Guitarists/Effects buffs - How do you recreate Guthrie's guitar sounds on Victorialand?

This album is so incredibly beautiful - does anyone know how to get any of those crystalline sounds without spending thousands on Eventide Harmonizers and the like?

I use several tracks to build up my guitar parts, and possibly a better guitarist could play all those parts in one
