madness.

the Chevrolet Studio Band's Chevrolet Sings of Safe Driving and You ended up going for £53 (though it was only £5 with 24 hours to do)

i think people sometimes end up bidding more than they would normally pay, just to win. i tend to put in my one bid, and never check again. if i win, i win, if not, i save some money

i checked jumborecords site yesterday, and coincidentally the terry durham reissue was mentioned there in the new releases

i wonder whats prompted this interest in the album

i do the same, put in a bid for the asking price and just not think about it again. got some bargains that way! but more than £10.00 is insanity.

i think its the hardcore finders keepers set of fans?

doomie x, Friday, 3 June 2005 08:22 (twenty-one years ago)

no, i mean, i wonder what prompted enough interest for a reissue...

the bids thing is weird, sometimes something is super expensive, but, its actually the only 2 people in the world that care, and they are outbidding each other like crazy

i really want someone to reissue the Cosmic Michael lp now

charltonlido (gareth), Friday, 3 June 2005 08:27 (twenty-one years ago)

well, actually, i already have that, so what i really would like to hear is the gravity adjusters expansion band, someone, reissue that, please!

charltonlido (gareth), Friday, 3 June 2005 08:28 (twenty-one years ago)

i keep looking for that too!

the Chevrolet Studio Band's Chevrolet Sings of Safe Driving and You ended up going for 53 (though it was only 5 with 24 hours to do)

probably not as rare, but i just bought on the move: the chevrolet '70s, the soundtrack for the cbs tv special starring dionne warwick, glenn campbell, and burt bacharach.

The only interest you need for a reissue is one person with a label who wants to do the reissue + someone with the rights to the recordings who's prepared to license (or give permission). Often you only need the former!

G did you get the text I sent you? Not interested?

Tim (Tim), Friday, 3 June 2005 08:42 (twenty-one years ago)

oh, yes, sorry, i did get the txt, yes, i'm interested!
