I watched the first 2 videos last night. I wanted to watch the whole episode (for the new LCD Soundsystem video for "Tribulations") but my brother had to play Forza Motorsports.

The Dandy Warhols always seem to be around. They have peaked my interest a little bit over the years because they have some good singles and that one is good but weak for them. Never enough want to actually go out and buy their albums, these days I can D/L but there are so many other things to hear. I did see them once when they were the opening band and the girl played topless. That was pretty sweet because she stopped doing that but it was a special night in San Francisco they said. That lead singer has to be bi-sexual.

After seeing Dig, I don't know how anyone would ever want to see Dandy Warhols again. They're so completely empty, devoid of any soul. No wonder they sucked so bad when I saw them 5 years ago. If they'd admit to being gay it might help. Anything would help to make them more interesting.

Is Dig that Brian Jonestown Massacre documentary? If it is that is one band I have no respect for. They were the opening band for Mercury Rev in 1995 and they were going over their time allowance. During the show my roommate said for me to watch that tear in his shit because he is going to put his finger in it and rip it off. Instead of cutting the power Slim's (the venue in SF) just lower the projection screen, obviously they were told to stop before hand. He hadn't ripped off his shirt yet so he pulls the screen over him, so the audience can see him and then rips off the shirt. It was about the cheesiest thing I have ever witness live. They then cut the power on them and heard later they were banned for life. Maybe I should see Dig as there seems to be a buzz about it but I pretty much hate that band for numerous things.
