No - it's banded not much thicker than an album track, with the remainder of the playing surface dedicated to the run-out groove (t least 2 minutes' worth). They hadn't quite got the hang of pressing them yet. It also has a "limited edition" number, and a perforated badge in the middle of the back sleeve which I think you could send off as part of some competition or other. Someone was clearly desperate to make this a UK Top 40 hit. (It was.)
