I want to say Arthur Brown's "Fire" but I can't really remember right now because I'm listening to something else.

D.I.Y. U.N.K.L.E. (dave225.3), Monday, 16 January 2006 16:10 (twenty years ago)

There's evil laughter in "Fire" but it's not at the end; the end is braying horns over repeats of the title.

Bonzo Dog Band--"Slush" from _Let's Make Up and Be Friendly_. The whole 2:16 is evil laugh. And the closer on the LP (the cd ruins the effect with two bonus tracks).

J Arthur Rank (Quin Tillian), Tuesday, 17 January 2006 02:03 (twenty years ago)

Back when I was first playing around with my turntables and I was much worse at mixing than I am now I used to always play around by starting a potential set by playing the end of thriller, starting at Vincent Price's monologue, then halfway through the evil laughs I'd turn off the power to the deck, so you'd hear the laughing slowly slowing down and just going ha haa haaa haaaaaaaaa haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa then when the last ha would slow to a crawl and eventually a stop you'd just fucking slam on the next track. Best fucking intro ever.

My boss the blowfly has lots of evuil laughs on our latest "Fahrenheit 69" CD - the most prominent being on the last "crakker yakking" track when he responds to my "John white" character's question about the rolling blackouts: "What's wrong John, you afraid of the dark? You afraid of getting buttfucked by some nigger when darkness falls"

Yes sir

We'll you should be! you should be! " BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"
