Movies about rock stars that you can't see winning an Oscar (a photoshop thread)

With Ray in 2004, Walk the Line in 2005 and Control in 2006, Hollywood can't seem to get enough movies about musicians or really "rock stars". These types of movies seem to be well received and appeal to the dedicated fans of the artist as well. The actors who portray the artist seem to reap a lot of critical praise and awards along with this. This got me thinking about some of the movies that may have gotten lost in with the others...Surely there were some promising titles that were pitched to producers but got lost in development hell somewhere for whatever reason. Names were attached, pre-production dates were thought of but in the end it just didn't end up happening. This is time for us to think of some of the potential movies that have stumbled on their way to rock and Hollywood glory.

It is time we take the cow that is ILX's knowledge of pop music and milk this cow for all it's worth (with a little help from Photoshop if you'd like). Please feel free to join in with your own ideas about some of the rock and roll movies that fell just short of getting made.
