"Advertising Space" by Robbie Williams really rips off some other tune, I am sure of it, but what tune?

I cannot think. It has been bugging me for months. It's the melody line where he sings "something-somthing tum-te-tum / we let our passions go to waste / blah blah blah tum-tum-te-tum / advertising spaaaaaaaaaaaace".

Everytime I hear it I think I'm about to sing the next line of the song he pinched from, but I never do. I suspect it may be a Boo Radleys song off Kingsize?

What, "Comb your hair" like?

Oh god, I know what it is. (So it ain't a Boo Radleys song, or it may be that too). But I don't have an Mp3 of the whole song. I only have the bootleg of it with the worst single of the 1990s (and very well it fits too, sadly).

Its a bit like Ordinary World by Duran Duran(ummm, I think - haven't heard it for a while).

To me this song sounds like a cross of The Drugs Don't Work and Such Great Heights....
