JS: I'm betting it was the Silversun Pickups EP "Pikuls", which is actually very good in spite of the annoying 30 or 40 tracks in between the first 5 and the last one. Completely pointless.

Someone made me a mix of extremely short songs, ended up fitting 50 on a CD. I think that's pretty damn annoying too. Gimmicky.
