Song ID - 80s-ish, Dancey...

Heard a song on the radio this morning and couldn't figure out for the life of me what they were saying in the chorus -
Something like "Better ram... Better ram... you can't stop it baby..."
It had an 80s vibe, with a vguely funky bassline.
I imagine it was something far more intelligible, but all I could come up with was "Better Ram"! Any ideas?

Was it on kday? They're in the middle of some amazing old school weekend-- hip hop, r&b, freestyle, and house (!) classics! I love kday. You can't turn it on for more than an hour without hearing stuff like "Everlasting Bass", "I Got it Made", and "Mistadobalina".

Also, they played one a little while ago, sounded sort of like 80s electrofunk but with a British (?) singer... the only words I could pick out were "sweet surrender". What was it?

No, it's not that one, I don't think... I listened to the iTunes clip and it wasn't what I heard earlier. I'm downloading one right now from Wet Wet Wet, I hope that's the one.
