That about sums it up. You'll need Audiogalaxy to find it, probably (and PLEASE, people, don't turn this into a thread about privacy violation with regards to AG's policies...).
My opinion? It's long, maybe too long, and I haven't listened to all of it yet, but some tracks are already ace: 'Fixed Income', 'Walkie Talkie', 'Blood on the Motorway' etc. Some don't fare as well (both Mongrel tracks, 'Right Thing') but that might change. A little too much filler - two intros, two interludes, and an outro. Here's the tracklist:
1 The Letter From Home (Intro) (1:12)
2 Fixed Income (4:50)
3 Un Autre Introduction (0:48)
4 Walkie Talkie (2:27)
5 Interlude 1 (0:52)
6 Giving up the Ghost (6:31)
7 The 6 Day War (5:01)
8 Mongrel... (2:22)
9 ...Meets His Maker (2:59)
10 Right Thing / G D M F S O B (4:21)
11 Monosylabik (6:47)
12 Interlude 2 (0:20)
13 (untitled - track 13)(2:49)
14 Mashin' on the Motorway (3:00)
15 Blood on the Motorway (9:12)
16 You Can't Go Home Again (7:04)
17 The Letter From Home (Outro)(0:54)
18 (untitled - track 18 - live) (12:37)
Anyone else who's heard it, I would love to get some opinions on it.

I could only grab 7 tracks of it when it was being discussed in
this thread and all the tracks were in excellent
quality (192 kbps). Damn dial-up connection.
I'm not sure what's floating around AudioGalaxy b/c I don't use it.
(Not going to say anything more than that.)

Hmm... a few things:
- The vinylized interlude things are supposed to be charming I
guess, but they seem pretty inessential and even boastful of the
whole dug-in-crate aesthetic of the record.
- "Fixed Income", "Giving up the ghost", and the Mongrel tracks
are my favs. They're a bit straightforward but they're the most
potent carriers of the "Building Steam With A Grain Of
Salt"/"Stem"/"Midnight in a Perfect World" mood.... which, to me,
is the point where Shadow crosses beyond the vast sea of his
imitators.
- The other thread noted that some parts where cheesy and also
reminiscent of Kid Koala. "Mashin' on the Motoryway" and all of
the vocal snippets (including the Timbaland baby!) do add this
sort of novel quality to the album. Its arguable whether this stuff
is still tasteful.
- The parts that sound like "Preemptive Strike".... long, drawn out,
decidedly soulful, minimal..... they don't always work for me. It
can get a bit incoherent and forgettable.
- Finally, "Monosyllabik" is totally out of place and is quite an
errnoeous sound experiment to begin with. That's almost 7
minutes of the album right there.
