Minus / Trapez labels - S&D

Well anyway, as for Minus, I'm listening to the Nothing Much comp -- more functional than revelatory but it's not bad.

will you be getting a richie hawtin style cut Ned?

Ambivalent's "R U OK" is one of the better novelty tracks I've heard in a while.

min2MAX is SO fucking boring though... I keep meaning to sell it on.

I get Traum & Trapez confused....

Trapez is a Traum sub-label is why. That and they also have quite a bit of cross-over with the same artists. But if it means anything, Trapez is more Alex Under style, whereas Traum is more Eulberg/Minilogue style.

I mean, in terms of the sorts of sounds coming from the two, those are the best examples.

man i really love marco carola's new record. it's fun and bouncy and kinda dumb but i reckon it's the best thing m_nus has put out for a while

Listened to Triple R's Selection 4 mix on the way home for Thanksgiving and it is killer. 2005 was easily one of Trapez's best years.

It's funny--I never associated these two labels with each other, but Selection 4 does remind me of Richie Hawtin's set at DEMF this year now that I think about it.
