I laugh heartily at his show and I think "Me Julie" is pretty darned good.

Me Julie is an appalling single. The early interviews had some hilarious moments, but it was always predictable that he'd become a hero to rather than satire of these wannabes. What edge that seemed to be there is long vanished, and I expect Ali G to do the same in the medium future.
