I confess I'd never actually heard these chaps before, but just heard "Formative Causation", and it's brilliant... any comments?

a more vital and organic AMM, in the primordial-muck sense of the word, substituting biofeedback for Prévost's bowed cymbals and bio-lab noises for Tilbury's pensive piano figures. improvised music that is wonderfully oozy and alive. haven't heard a bad Morpho CD. all are worthwhile, as are Prime's solo recordings.

Good, I shall investigate further!

A Morph-fronted Genesis? now you're talkin' my language.

Well, they've never successfully replaced Gabriel or Collins have they?

I saw them play at the Red Rose not so long ago. I think there was an amplified plant.

Bastard! I missed that!

I think they are mostly live only affair, their post - 'Cartridge Music' type stuff never came across that well to me, but I'll give it another go someday.

Nice Epiphany by Stewart Lee in WIRE many moons ago where he describes how after seeing them in a pub he heard and felt every sound a lot harder than before.
