Is their album worth getting?

Reviews are generally warm but with the proviso that nothing else on it is as good as "You Are The Generation..." Are they right or wrong?

And after Saturday it struck me that "YATG..." really ought to have been put forward for Eurovision.

They're right, but I think it's still a good album overall (though note: I have three copies of it, one from Sweden, one from Japan, and one from the eventual UK release, so I guess you could say that I'm something of a fan).

the album is not worth getting. i was devastatingly disappointed and not only is the rest of the record not as good as "generation", its association with those other songs drags it down too

That's what I suspected. I'll give it a miss unless I see it for £2 in MVE at some unspecified point in the future.
