there are a few obvious contenders for the new dylan, ive left things fairly wide open so as not to be restrictive, so try not to get too upset if you dont like a couple of the options. itll all blow over in a couple of days anyway

Sufjan Stevens is at least good, but I don't see any of those as a "new Dylan". If there is one, then Ryan Adams or Jeff Tweedy would be way closer. Or Elliott Smith, except Dylan has already survived him.
