Nothing really, I just didn't know she'd been shot in the neck with an air rifle in 2006 and had been in a coma since then.

Matos, I don't think they've ever "officially" come out -- not that they've been hiding it, but I think they say it in this article.

Yeah, they say so in the interview. But it's been common knowledge for a long time, and Per Nilsen has mentioned it in his book as well. (I remember reading it and feeling like an idiot for not figuring it out ages before.)
