Help ID this sample: singing dogs by bran flakes

Not the dog part (which is probably from Jingle Dogs) but the doot doot dooooo, doo-doo doooo, ^doot doot doooo, ddoo-doo dooo part.
It sounds kind of like "the price is right" but not exactly.
