This thread might also be titled "Bands You've Forgotten." Just this morning, an Atlanta Rhythm Section song popped into my head. They always make me think of the Little River Band. And Jay Ferguson always reminds me of Joe Walsh because of "Indian Summer."
BTW, "Over & Over" - most overlooked song of 1978.

..and for some reason, I can't think of David Lindley without thinking of Waddy Wachtel. I think that's Warren Zevon's fault.

Atlanta Rhythm Section never got big in the UK, maybe because over here their acronym is RILLY RILLY HILARIOUS!

HA HA! I never even thought about that! And it's especially funny because it's so fitting. Man, there was some shit in the 70's. And I love/hate it all.
