Women in Rock - classic or DUD

alright now - i mean i am not against women in bands or women playing instruments in bands but like i think theres some sort of a shame to women trying to replicate what a men does in a feeble attempt to defy gender roles. can anybody really say they woulda liked The Runaways if it were a buncha dudes? naw man...

if a woman wants to play bass or keyboards or do backing vocals fine but why do they have to invade the one thing that men have owned? i think women's voices are made for pop music and pretty sounds and i don't like hearing them tear it up

its kinda like Nuge once said -- im all for independent women but screw this 'career' woman crap, most women just need to take care of the kids they have rather than mess themselves up with the rock field.

so i say a very reserved DUD.
