Where Is Your Child is very great - I'm not sure its the best but obviously I can remember the name of the best acid house track ever 'cos I would've been fried on the dancefloor when I heard it.
I also have a great fondness for all of the Shamen's early crossover acid hosue influenced singles.

for non-303 acid-like house (I tend to see acid as a spirit as much as a genre based on a specific sound, having been influenced by Reynolds' Generation Ecstasy/Energy Flash), i would have to vote for blackout by li'l louis. the vocals are either hilarious or quite maningful depending on the time, place, etc. I wonder if any djs got the obvious of idea of playing this record at 11:55 pm dec 31st 1999?

'Where's Your Child' certainly is one of the best acid house records. Always had a soft spot for Kevin Saunderson's 'The Groove That Won't Stop' though.
