It's called "A Time To Hear (Who's Listening)".

It's not on my version of 'Daft'. As far as I know the only place it's available on CD is on the custom CD's you could order if you got 'The seduction of Claude Debussy' through the official Art of Noise website. I never got one but you could have one of three different covers / titles ('belief system', 'bashful' or 'an extra pulse of beauty'). I think you could pick 10 out of 12 tracks all of which are listed below.

1. Resonance 2:16
2. Beat Box (One Made Earlier) 2:29
3. Memory Loss 1:29
4. The Subject Has Moved Left 1:48
5. Resin 3:22
6. Beat Box (Diverted) 8:13
7. A Time to Clear (Up) 4:21
8. Closer (to the Edit) 6:25
9. Who's Afraid (Of Scale) 4:39
10. Beat Box (Diversion) 4:11
11. A Time to Hear (Who's Listening) 3:35
12. Structure 1:14
