Looks like I'm going to the show at Luxx tonight. (promised someone I'd cover it). The "we" in the notice is Mommy & Daddy.

One of the girls from Swiss Dot is quite nice. They're not electroclash in the least, though, unless they've conveniently changed stride: as of last winter they were like a twee-er Vitesse.

I went to both the original big electroclash festivals. Fischerspooner at Exit were amazing, Monotrona, who came out of the chicago no-wave scene, cleared the place and A.R.E. Weapons played to about 20 people. The next year at Webster Hall was Adult. and Peaches I think.
