Lucksmiths -> Seafood -> D4 -> Trail of Dead -> Int Noise Conspiracy -> Dirty Three (or Mercury Rev) -> Morrissey
I'd have considered Mogwai if their last album hadn't been so painfully dull.

I can't say I'm too enamoured with the headlining acts, Morrissey being the best of a mediocre bunch at best. I haven't made my mind up about the Streets' record but I have made my mind up that I've no interest in seeing them live.
There's virtually no Australian act other than the Lucksmiths (and the D3 I suppose) worth seeing for the entire day.

I can't wait to sample their "Punk Rock, Hip Hop and Skate Rock" which is no doubt "like butter on toast to these leaders of the new school."
I know I'll be watching them at 8:45, my gnarly deck under one arm, coke bottle bong under the other! After all "SUM 41 rise to a new low in quality street music."

Those Tugboat wankers?
;)
I'd not heard about that V/VM show, James, so I guess I'll see you there. Goulburn Poultry Fanciers Society are heaps better than V/VM re: pop cutups, BTW. Saw him do lots of amazing things along the lines of distorted Lionel Ritchie/Luther Vandross, etc. up in Newcastle last year. Brilliant far beyond irony.

Dan Brody also fantastic, and D4, International Noise Con & UNKLE pretty good too.
What a day! Hooray!

Dirty Three and Mogwai were loud and brilliant. Mercury Rev were good but this being the third time I've seen them, I found them a bit boring this time round.
Morrissey was in fine voice and really rather good.
