There's also "B.O.B" by Outkast though

thats also a good song. but i haven't kissed anyone since november so at present i have this idealistic longing for it, even though eventually kissing seems mundane as well. well anyway kiss on my list reminds me how much i miss kissing.

B.O.B. just makes me nostalgic for the first Gulf War.

No it doesn't

the video for that song is quite lovely.

actually i've decided that "i drove all night" by cyndi lauper is better than both of those songs.

that new sophie ellis bextor song is pretty good too

actually, i hate all of those songs. only t rex is good.

two weeks pass...
annoying songs i wake up with in my head - aforementioned cyndi lauper song. then a week later, "all through the night", also by ms lauper. "pale blue eyes" by the velvet underground. "winter" by tori amos. as opposed to making me want to get out of bed, they make me want to stuff my head full of maggots.

ms. lauper performed w/ cher!

to die for.

Cher didn't like the Velvet Underground, I think, tho she made a brilliant comment about them ("it won't replace anything, except suicide", tho perhaps that wasn't her and I'm sure that isn't an accurate remembrance anyway). I wouldn't mind waking up to "Pale Blue Eyes" in my head.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Wednesday, 5 March 2003 14:28 (twenty-three years ago)

no its depressing

di smith (lucylurex), Thursday, 6 March 2003 00:34 (twenty-three years ago)

ten months pass...
i still like this song. i can play "all through the night" by cyndi lauper on my guitar

"can't go for that" and "private eyes" are gold too.
