they're gross. i don't like being surrounded by sick people and by people who know about peoples innards, it makes me queasy.

I've only ever gone to hospitals (after being born) to visit people who are dying or in a lot of pain so I don't like them very much either.

My friend had this flavoured water stuff today (it's low in joules! - yeah, great idea) that tasted exactly like hospitals smell. It was meant to be peach flavoured I think but really it was more like surgical tape.

I hate them too. I hate walking through some malls which have white walls and are clinical looking. I'm going to visit a friend tomorrow in hospital and I am not looking forward to it.

I've only ever been to hospitals recently to meet my new baby cousins which just seem to keep on arriving, stop it now, but does that even count? Oh I guess there was that time I was hospitalised which was really boring and didn't even smell like peach water.
(ha ha, and real water is so high in joules eh!)

Yeah I know!
Also I can remember what it is was called now: Flavoured Water. I can see the advertising agency taking a long time to think up that one.

I'm sure those dynamic young thinkers beyond the square all got paid well for the time and effort they put in to thinking up that name. So it wasn't the one with those ads on TV where the 8 giant glasses of water stalk that woman and then the bloke counts her shoulders?

alex (alex), Tuesday, 29 October 2002 23:54 (twenty-three years ago)

Maybe! I have no idea. I should do my flavoured water research huh?
I am a bit suspicious of that ad though I mean glasses of water don't usually have arms and legs do they? If I didn't know better I would suspect it of just being a man wearing a glass-of-water shaped suit.
