I gotta be honest, I really enjoyed it - and on the DVD was a fantastic Mike Wallace interview with Stephen Glass that demonstrated to me the (unexpected) brilliance of Hayden Christensensensensen's performance. Ehh?

It also didn't really build up to a climax quite as well as it should've either, the late-night scene with Glass and the editor in the office seemed to drag along for ages.
That said, it was still enjoyable, so classic.

this was already one of my very favorite comfort movies before I figured out that the head of the mag is played by the great journeyman director Ted Kotcheff
