Hird singled out one umpire for penalising the Bombers.

"The umpiring was quite disgraceful on Saturday night," he said on Channel Nine's Footy Show, risking an AFL fine. "I just didn't think the free kicks that were there were paid and some that were paid weren't right."

Hird named Scott McLaren, a 200-match veteran who has umpired in two grand finals.

I tend to agree with Hird on this McLaren is fast taking over from Goldspink for inconsistency and crap decisions

AFL to probe Hird's umpire outburst

Essendon skipper James Hird could be suspended or heavily fined after the AFL confirmed it would investigate his televised outburst against an umpire last night.

Maybe I can get a game with them then LOL. I reckon Geelong should complain about that bald headed f*ck, (Bryan Sheahan I think it is) because he seems to crucify us more than Robert KnoWalls.
