I flagged the 2 posts pretending to be from matt perpetua, if shakey mo wd like to point out which posts are impersonating him, I'll mark those up as fake as well. Who is this individual? how is s/he able to do this? I can see it being a real problem.

He's spoofing the email addresses by substituting "0" for "o" or "1" for "1".

he usually posts as people who have not registered, or barring that, changes one letter of the id of registered users.
