How Do I Get Off of this List!

I'm not sure what you mean by that exactly, but if you mean you're receiving email from a thread you started, or one you accidentally subscribed to on this board, go to the bottom of any page here and click on the "Settings" link, and it should list all threads you are getting mail for right at the BOTTOM of that settings page; check the box(es) beside the item(s) you no long wish to receive email notifications for and then change the pull down menu to "Unsubscribe from" selected subscriptions. Then click SAVE at the very bottom and it should solve the problem.
