YOUR FUCKING TOP TEN PRE-NOISE BOARD ILM POSTS

cutty (mcutt), Monday, 22 November 2004 22:31 (twenty-one years ago)

for once I'd love to see a funk/hip-hop/R&B/whatever bill where there's one token indie noise band and not the other way around

STILL MAKES ME ROBBLE

I used to like that first Token Entry album. I will look for Battles. It isn't TOO arty, is it? Too bad that drummer dude isn't in a skate-punk band too.

scott seward (scott seward), Monday, 22 November 2004 22:39 (twenty-one years ago)

Watch out dude, there may be a "token" member of the band.

Scott, you know how you cannot possibly fathom how I can like the Postal Service? That's how I feel about you on threads like this. Still got love for you, obv.

Rolling Late-60's/Early-70's Thud-Rock Thread

scott seward (scott seward), Monday, 22 November 2004 22:45 (twenty-one years ago)

you guyz gotta hear this record sometime:

It's getting too late for me to play the loud stuff (shhhh, the baby is sleeping), so I put on the album by ONE on Grunt from 72. Incomprehensible hippy gibberish!! But I love it. The singer pretends she is a trumpet and a flute!! At least I think she is a she.

The singer had the best name in all of rock, too. Are you ready for it: REALITY "D" BLIPCROTCH !!!

I wonder what the "D" stood for.

four years pass...

tyondai's new album is a lot like new age carousel music, or a disney soundtrack from a hundred years from now. in a really good way. hitting the spot since i can barely wait for the new battles album
