I had some cheese that was called Stilton? Something like that. I think it was American cheese with patches of blue cheese in it. It was alright with crackers but I got really drunk one night and made a quesadilla out of the leftovers. SO NOOOT NOOIOOIIZE.

when I am playing videogames or making music there are no words, my whole brain is occupied with shapes. same goes for a good sleep.

this is of course discounting the part of my mind that focuses on actual sounds - strangely enough that part becomes disconnected when I am happy and does its own thing, like loop EVERY BODY, BOOP BIP, PLAYS THE GAME, BIP BOOP, YOU DON'T HAVE, BOOP BIP, SAY THE NAME, BIP BOOP, EVERY DAY GO, BOOP BIP, SUN ARRAY, BIP BOOP, WE WANT MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND MORE but when I'm unhappy it syncs up and plays back whatever I am thinking at the moment in a sort of inner dictaphone

cheese and wine, two of my favorite things. currently in the fridge are stilton (as pointed out, cooking with it is a don't - way too oily), dolcelatte, goat cheese, superstrong irish farmhouse cheddar, a little chunk of parmesan, and a bottle of sauvignon blanc. i also have a bottle of claret. i'm learning how to appreciate claret, because i'm in england.

I have goat cheese as well, plus some brie. But it's kind of disappointing, I have yet to find any really decent brie in the US - I think it all has to be pasteurized & so it doesn't taste right.

Yeah, I checked out the Stilton online and all of the pictures look more appetizing than the Trader Joe's block that we had. It seemed like someone took a spoon and scooped out holes and stuffed blue cheese in. It was pretty ghetto, like a kid scooping out cake and refilling the holes with frosting.

Last night I had a cheap but nice Pinot Noir with my green pesto / sausage pizza. TASTEY NOIZE.
