jack cole: i accidentally put my moms address into the spamblock but i cant find it to remove it. every time she tries to email me she gets an email back from earthlink telling her she is spam. i must have accidentally blocked it.
Smith K.: I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
Smith K.: Is your spam Blocker settings HIGH?
jack colet: can anyone remove her email from the spamblock? it's [email protected]
jack cole: med
jack cole: its set on med i tried scrolling through the list to unblock it but i couldnt find her email.
Smith K.: Sure, I can help you.
Smith K.: Kindly provide me your email password so that I can duplicate the issue at my end by logging into Web Mail.

Smith K.: Thanks for the information. I have logged into Web Mail.
jack cole: ok

(a minute elapses . . .)

Smith K.: What is your mother email address?
jack cole: [email protected]

(another minute passes . . . )

Smith K.: I am sorry, that email address is not there in the Blocked Senders List.
jack cole: i wonder how its been blocked. should i have her forward one of the messages to me?
Smith K.: Now are you not receiving even one email from her?
jack cole: im not receiving any and when she tries to send me one she gets an email back from earthlink saying she is spam.
jack cole: so i assumed i had accidentally blocked her address.
Smith K.: What she is exactly is getting when she is trying to send emails?
jackcole (mentally sighs realizing he didn't do something to fuck it all up after all): im not sure since she cant send me the emails. i can call her and try to get the full details and get back on line and tell someone about it.
Smith K.: Yes, it is better if you get back with full details.
jack cole: ok, thanks.
