Our Repair Dept. has inspected your unit. Upon arrival, the unit was
inoperable because the glass component was completely shattered inside
the chassis. We do not know if you want to file a claim with the
carrier or not. It is up to you. Please advise.

If you do not wish to proceed with the insurance claim and would like
us to repair the unit, the cost for the repair is $55, which includes
the parts to be replaced (heating element, borosilicate glass, mesh
screen, rivets) and return shipping costs. Please let us know whether
you would like us to charge your credit card on file or how you wish
to submit payment. You will be emailed a tracking # once the repair
is complete and the unit ships.
