ddb (ddb), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 15:39 (twenty-one years ago)

the bunny box is 5 cds + dvd. all the out-of-print vinyl only albums: the Blackjack album, the Now Sound album, and the Matador album. the LHG CD 93 album (the best of the lot if you ask me and i love the Blackjack album too.). the band-made Show Me The Bunny album and a cd of unreleased stuff. And a dvd of live stuff. It's coming out on Narnack. Yes, that's right, the bunny brains and the fall are FINALLY on the same label.

scott seward (scott seward), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 15:39 (twenty-one years ago)

I think you can still get the bunny brains singles comp from menlo park too which means that for one weird fucked moment in time almost the entire BB catalog will be in print!

"The Bunnybrains of Hudson NY,are releasing a career spanning box set of their entire vinyl output, slated for the second week of October. Known for their avant performance sensibilities and bludgeoning live sound, The Bunnybrains have hooked up with New York City label Narnack Records (http://www.narnackrecords.com/) to issue this overview of all of their obscure LPs.The set will retail for a ridiculously cheap $16 and will include a lengthy DVD of their wired and weird live performances. They also will be playing some select live shows in the East Coast, including a stop at the CMJ fest in October and an eye towards the unconquered West Coast come spring. Their new website http://www.thebunnybrains.com/ is updated often and includes samples from the box set."

brock (brock), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 16:24 (twenty-one years ago)

if it's $16, I am buying that shit ASAP.

Ian c=====8 (orion), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 16:26 (twenty-one years ago)

I think I still have a bunnybrains record cased in bright pink PVC. Tell me it's worth 1000s of dollars and I'll sell it to you for 100.

Dan Selzer (Dan Selzer), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 16:43 (twenty-one years ago)

that's the Matador one.

hstencil (hstencil), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 16:44 (twenty-one years ago)

ha..thats worth like negative dollars dood.

ddb (ddb), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 16:49 (twenty-one years ago)

in fact you owe us ALL like 7 cents each just for owning it!

PAYPAL US!

ddb (ddb), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 16:50 (twenty-one years ago)

I will break it into many little pieces and give you each a piece and 7 cents. Then many years in the future you can all come together and glue it together and listen to it, after I'm dead. You can yell "I'll form the head!"

Dan Selzer (Dan Selzer), Tuesday, 14 September 2004 17:41 (twenty-one years ago)

Yeah, you could probably buy the entire discography on ebay for 50 bucks. But it might take you weeks! Think of the time involved. That Death By Blowjob 7 inch box set thing is probably one of the harder ones to find. On the Belgian Pitsbul label. And Malcom's double live album that he put out years ago. I don't see that on ebay that much.
