I don't pwn any games at all! I pwned at Metroid for a brief period of time in elementary school, and then I was surpassed by friends who were much better at me with the ice beam. I did pwn all my buddies at Worms: Armageddon a few times, but that's about it.

What inspires a person to get this good at a single game?

I used to pwn Tetris, Super Mario Bros 1 & 3, Q-Bert, Joust, Virtua Fighter 2, Pole Position, Ms Pac-Man and Tempest. These days... nothing.

Anyone with access to a lamp can pwn Duck Hunt.

I suck at games generally but I guess I'm pretty good at PES4... it's the only game I've ever spent an embarassing amount of time just practising... even with SWOS, as much as I loved it, I was always a fairly mediocre player...

cor Joust! what an ace game that is. When it was ripe in the local arcade I was okay at it, wouldn't say I pwned it tho, now on Mame I'm just pathetic and rarely get anywhere past the level where the platform crumbles away.

I'm at work right now, and I'm tired from staying up late last night. The name of the place where I work is three words, the first one beginning with S. I was sitting here debating mentally whether I still own at Super Mario Kart, when the phone rang. I ACTUALLY TRIED TO ANSWER IT BY SAYING, "Hello, Super Mario Kart!" BUT CAUGHT MYSELF HALFWAY THROUGH

FORTUNATELY IT WAS AN AUTOMATED CALL

What inspires a person to get this good at a single game?

Just being young I guess! I didn't have anything else to play except European Club Soccer when I was ten, Pirates Gold when I was eleven and CM2 when I was twelve, so I just played them for a year solid, doing shit like straight third-div -> prem title runs using only players under 21, or using only 10 men on the pitch, etc, etc. I haven't really gotten good at a game since I achieved rational thought at like 14.
