bad question but wtf am going to ask it anyways: cherrystones and andy votel's dj mixes - why are they so fucking ace and has anyone heard them?

We were talking about his mix on Sunday. I found a DJ set online and you can listen to it here:

nah, that's a different mix. gareth is going to make me a cd mix for the site3 and when i get that i'll stick up online and you can save it on yr computer!

On a different (slightly) tack...

I finally saw the tracklisting for the "Music to make girls cry" CD, and was (not that) amazed that I only knew about three of the tracks on it.

One of the obscure (for me) tracks was the Trees. On that website, I recognised the front cover as one that Amber (my daughter, six) saw in the local music exchange type shop for £20, she desparately wanted it, but as I said to her "You only want it cause you think that's you on the front cover! She doesn't sing on it you know!"

i know, the earlies secret broadcasts just came through the post this morning as well. but not going to be putting them up - just the official eighth broadcast ... the site is going to host it!
